I have worked with FDR construction over the past 12 years, they have completed over 17 million dollars worth of guestroom and public area renovations on different brands, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, DoubleTree. My experiences have been very pleasurable on both the budget / pricing side and the scheduling side, they always come up with value ideas to a better ways and means with a great quality result. My theory and expectation in hiring a GC has always been a General Contract is only as good as their Superintendent, and FDR has some great ones.
Great company to team up with on any project, being guestrooms or public areas,  good paper work flow, and always have met and or exceeded our schedule expectations.

I was working on a rooms renovation assignment at LAX for one of my clients and was having trouble getting the bids to within budget. One of my colleagues recommended I contact Forrest Reardon at FDR. FDR quickly responded and submitted a proposal that meet the clients budget objectives. Not having worked with FDR, at the start of the work, I was a bit guarded not knowing what to expect. However, after the first turn of rooms, I was quite pleased as the work was completed as per the schedule and the punch list was minimal. Having successfully delivered a quality project on schedule with minimal oversight on my part, FDR is now on my “go to” list.

FDR completed a 250 room soft good and casegood renovation of a Marriott Courtyard In Seattle.  FDR completed the project with the highest quality of craftsmanship, ahead of schedule and worked well with the property to minimize guest impact.  Based on FDR’s performance, I will give them the opportunity to bid on all of our projects.
