I was working on a rooms renovation assignment at LAX for one of my clients and was having trouble getting the bids to within budget. One of my colleagues recommended I contact Forrest Reardon at FDR. FDR quickly responded and submitted a proposal that meet the clients budget objectives. Not having worked with FDR, at the start of the work, I was a bit guarded not knowing what to expect. However, after the first turn of rooms, I was quite pleased as the work was completed as per the schedule and the punch list was minimal. Having successfully delivered a quality project on schedule with minimal oversight on my part, FDR is now on my “go to” list.
