Forrest D. Reardon
Forrest has been in the Hospitality business for 25 years. He originally started the company Forrest Reardon and Associates in 1989, then later opened FDR Construction, Inc. in 2005.
Early on in Jerry’s career, he spent 10 years as Project Manager with Pacifica Host Hotels, working directly for the Senior Vice President of the Hospitality Division. He then served 5 years as a Project Manager for Inn Keepers USA and Sunstone Hotels. Since joining FDR Construction, Inc. in 2011, he has worked on several large projects, including Double Tree Minneapolis, Sheraton Cerritos, and Residence Inn Salt Lake City.
With over ten years of experience in the Construction Industry, Nichole brought a wide range of experience when she joined FDR Construction, Inc. in October of 2013. She has built her career working in many areas of construction such as custom home building, military housing and barracks, schools, and a variety of commercial construction projects. With FDR Construction, Inc. she has been Contract Administrator on projects such as the Hilton Bellevue, Residence Inn Salt Lake City, and Mesa Marriott.
One of the newest additions to the FDR team, Carrie joined us with over 10 years of experience in administration and customer service. New to the field of construction and excited to learn about Contract Administration, she joined FDR Construction, Inc. in early 2014.
Scott joined FDR Construction, Inc. in April of 2011. He has been in the Construction Industry for the better part of 40 years. Scott’s experience is mainly in commercial construction, everything from tenant improvement to ground up multi-story commercial use. Past clients include The Prince of Brunei Jefri Bolkiah, Las Vegas Review Journal and Las Vegas Sun Corporate Center, Former Las Vegas Mayor Jan Jones, Grand Lux Café inside the Venetian Hotel, and Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
Steve has been a Project Manager at FDR Construction, Inc. since January of 2012. He has successfully managed projects such as the Hilton Bellevue and the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. Before joining the FDR team, Steve started a construction company working for the Federal Aviation Agency on multiple airport projects. In addition, he worked as Director of Construction for La Quinta Inns of San Antonio, Project Manager for Boykin Lodging, and as Project Manager for Sunstone Hotels.
As a career Construction Superintendent and Project Manager, Peter joined FDR Construction, Inc. in 2013 with a great deal to offer. He has built an impressive resume working for companies such as Ed Grush General Contractor, RAS Builders, and Pacific Building Industries. Specializing in large, multi-faceted projects such as grocery, retail, public works, office, and tenant buildings, Peter was a perfect fit in the Hospitality Industry. As a member of our team, Peter has managed complex renovation and reconstruction projects such as the Public Space at the Silversmith Hotel and Suites in downtown Chicago.
Richard has been working in the Construction Industry for 15 years. His experience began with mostly earth work and quickly expanded into many areas of industry expertise. Entering into the Hospitality Industry with FDR Construction, Inc. just over 3 years ago, he has been a part of more than 10 projects including the Double Tree Los Angeles (formally Kyoto Grand Hotel & Gardens), and the Inn at Morro Bay. As a Project Manager, Richard has taken on projects in both California and Arizona including the Palm Desert Residence Inn and the Marriott Mesa.
With more than 20 years of experience in Project Management, Jose brings a wide scope of construction knowledge to FDR Construction, Inc. He began his construction career in Georgia working on commercial projects for retail, office, tenant build outs, and restaurant spaces. After moving to Florida in 2000, Jose managed projects such as the Estancia Condominiums, and The Lodge and Club at Ponte Vedra; a five star golf resort build including guestrooms, retail shops, dining and beach facilities. He is currently getting his Master of Science degree in Construction Management.
